In addition to our short term hire, we offer reduced rates for monthly hire terms.

Flexi-Hire has been designed specifically for our commercial customers.  In return for a 3, 6 or 12 month hire agreement, it offers ultra low hire costs with the flexibility to exchange trailers for a different model to suit the task in hand, at any time and at no additional cost.  Also should usage decrease due to holiday, business or seasonal fluctuations, the agreement can be ‘paused’ by the trailer being returned for up to 4 weeks in each 3 mth period.

All this allows our commercial customers to maximise the asset whilst on hire and minimise the contract cost.

Trailers Available Within Our Flexi-Hire Agreement

Flexi-Hire Terms :

• Select a trailer of choice from the above list
• Select from a 3 mth, 6 mth or 12 mth hire agreement
• Deposit of £300 paid prior to delivery / collection
• Trailers can be exchanged for a different model giving 24 hours notice*
• Contracts can be ‘paused’ giving 5 days notice
•      Full days with trailer returned at TTH qualify as ‘paused’
•      2 days notice required to restart a ‘paused’ agreement
•      No charge is made for a ‘paused’ day
•      'Paused’ days do not count towards the term period
•      Agreements can be 'paused' for a maximum of 4 weeks in a 3 mth period
• Invoicing is monthly in advance for :
•      daily charge x no. of days in month
•      less daily charge x contract days paused within previous month
• Optional delivery / collection service at £0.75 / mile (each way)**
• Flatbed trailers are supplied with skids or loading ramp, headboard and sides
• Plant trailers are supplied with a full width 3' loading ramp
• Additional cost options can be included within the Flexi-Hire agreement including :
•      Weldmesh side panels
•      Ladder rack
•      Winch (manual or electric)
• Early termination of agreement at 50% of outstanding term
