If you are unsure about which trailer you need, we will be happy to advise you.

The hirer is liable for the value of the trailer whilst on hire. Most vehicle insurance policies will cover 3rd party liabilities only when towing, provided the trailer is attached to the towing vehicle. Therefore additional insurance should be arranged to cover theft, damage to the trailer and contents as required. Always check with your insurance broker if you are in doubt as to your particular cover.

Hire rates are based on the number of actual days whilst the trailer is on hire.  Our standard opening hours are Monday - Saturday, 8.00 am - 6.00pm.

A one day hire is where a trailer is collected and returned during the same day. We can usually manage collections or returns outside of our standard hours, however a £10 out of hours charge will be added to the normal hire rate. An overnight hire is classed as an extra day as we are then unable to re-hire as the next hirer may collect prior to you returning.

When making a booking we will need the following details :

  • Full name, address & contact details
  • Trailer type required together with any specific options required
  • Date & time required for collection and return
  • Credit card / debit card details to secure booking

When collecting your trailer you will need the following before we can complete handover :

  • Both parts of your driving license (we will take a photocopy of these)
  • The tow vehicle's certificate of motor insurance (we will take a photocopy of this)
  • A number plate (matching your towing vehicle) for fixing to the trailer.

Finally, we will ask you to complete the necessary paperwork :

  • Signing of the Hire Agreement and trailer condition checksheet
  • Credit / debit card payment of the deposit

Full details of the above are explained in our Terms Of Hire or just Contact Us.
