Monday - Friday, 8.00 am - 6.00pm (trailers returned by 5.30pm).
Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays 8.00am - 9.30am for trailer collections. 3.00pm - 5.30pm for returns.
When making a booking we will need the following details :
Details of the load so we can recommend the most suitable trailer
Full name, address & contact details
Date & time required for collection and return
Full payment of the hire fee by credit or debit card
Hire rates are based on the number of whole or partial days the trailer is on hire. A one day hire is when a trailer is collected and returned during the same day.
Once payment has been made, your trailer is reserved for you and further bookings for that trailer will not be taken on those dates. Therefore we are unable to refund the hire fee should you cancel for any reason.
We can offer trailer returns and collections outside our normal hours if agreed in advance, but there will be an additional charge
When collecting your trailer you will need the following :
Both parts of your driving licence (we will take a photocopy of these)
The tow vehicle's certificate of motor insurance (we will take a photocopy of this)
Finally, we will ask you to complete the necessary paperwork :
Signing of the Hire Agreement and Handover Document
Credit / debit card payment of the £150 damage deposit

Please note :
You are fully responsible for the trailer whilst on hire. UK legislation requires your vehicle insurance policy to cover 3rd party liabilities when towing, provided the trailer is attached to your towing vehicle. However it may not cover you for damage to, or theft of the trailer. Check with your insurance broker if you wish to insure yourself against damage or loss of the trailer.
